Black Bean Salsa

Peculiar Spice Kitchen's Black Bean Salsa is perfect with chips or dressing fajitas. This is the same great recipe as Mexican Fiesta Soup.


**The packages have the alternate method on the back! Ground beef and corn are the only differences in ingredients.




To prepare, all you need is water, a 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes, and Black Bean Salsa Mix!


  • Add 1 1/4 cups of boiling water to the salsa mix.
  • Let stand for 15 minutes.
  • Then add can of tomatoes and refrigerate 1 hour to overnight to blend flavors.


Makes over one quart of salsa!


To make a cheesy salsa version: Take one cup of prepared salsa, 8 oz. of cream cheese, and 8 oz of shredded cheddar. Mix well. Can be served hot or cold.
